Beef Bash is a two-day conference that builds stronger leaders, creates relationships with other cattle enthusiasts, while preparing youth to be agvocates for the beef industry. Materials covered in Beef Bash target high school age students, grades 9 through 12. Our intent is to host the conference in a different region of the state each spring to highlight various operations and businesses unique to the area. The program is limited to 30 kids.

- Dave Petty's cow-calf operation
- Nichols Cryo Genetics

- Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) sessions
- Marketing strategies
- Leadership building
- Career discussions
